Cover up of Israeli massacre via art

The 63rd Eurovision contest in Lisbon, Portugal, has been abused to whitewash the recent Israeli bloodshed in Gaza that killed 60 people on the spot and wounded over 2,700 others.

The Eurovision awarded its top prize to an Israeli singer, in order to cover up the massacre, as well as to affect the global anti-Israeli protests on the occasion of the Nakba day.

Israeli troops unleashed a brutal crackdown on Palestinian protesters in Gaza two days ago, when the demonstrators were marking Nakba Day.

The event is commemorated on May 15 every year, marking the day after Israel declared its existence in 1948.

UN officials condemned ‘outrageous human rights violation’ as Palestinians began to bury their dead.

The brutality coincided with a high-profile ceremony to mark the transfer of the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Al-Quds, which overturned decades of US foreign policy.

The Zionist regime, in dire need of propaganda, and in order to whitewash the brutal killing and to make up for the worldwide anti-Israeli protests, seems to have once again resorted to art and media, in order to hit the headlines. The regime has for long exploited media and art events such as the Oscars and Cannes, in order to justify its existential crisis that has been continually building up.

The Eurovision Song Contest, often simply called Eurovision, is an international song competition held primarily among the member countries of the European Broadcasting Union. Israel has so far been awarded 4 times at the contest.
